The Ripples pedagogy is a cluster of principles attuned to the demands of the 21st century paradigm
of economic productivity and well-being. Seeing the world as a dynamic ripplework, the model suggests
that economic growth and the state of being healthy, happy and self-fulfilled are inextricably dependent
on each other. Individuals can self-actualize themselves economically and creatively in a society where they
feel free and where their liberty of choice is not curtailed by the arbitrary rulings of an autocratic government. At the same time, individuals are responsible for their individual actions – as the movements of the ripples
in a ripplework, the thoughts and actions of the individuals shape the patterns of their social milieus.
Ripples pedagogy embraces the all-round development of students. In teaching technical rationality
and algorithmic problem-solving, the Ripples model allows student to discover and develop their personal unique abilities and explore the areas of their individual interests, following circularities of conventional wisdom individual curiosity; self society; divergence convergence.
In fostering the spirit of competition, the Ripples approach incorporates group-work based on a circularity
of self-reflective collaborative practices.
Ripples ways of knowing accept digital technology not as a substitute for analogue ways of practice,
but as an opportunity for innovative thinking and knowledge-production. Therefore, the techniques
of gathering and analyzing data, as well as presenting final outcomes, embrace a circularity of natural digital resources and techniques by means of representing meaning-making.
In cultivating individual agency, Ripples pedagogy recognizes the equality within a circularity
of the agency of others intsrumentality of technology agentic force of the environment.
Ripples methodology is concerned with the production of members of a global society who are technologically savvy, confident in their individual unique abilities and skills and therefore easily adaptive, sociologically imaginative, curious, compassionate and environmentally responsible.

Ripples pedagogy – is an approach
to teaching and learning based on modeling a class of students as a ripplework, which is split into five
or six groups (ripples) with four to six students in each group.
In undertaking an assigned disciplinary task, the class of students adopts the attitude of an actively functioning society. The group-ripples are envisioned as public agencies responsible for the knowledge they produce.
The individual student within each group is focused on creating a role for him/herself in which they actualize their unique personal abilities as well as integrate them into a project that is meaningful for
a broader community.
